用法

Suspend 45.0g / liter,and heat to boiling for 1 to 2 minutes. Transfer 120-ml portions to 250-ml volumetric flasks or 9-ml portions to test tubes, all being capped with cotton plugs or loose-fitting caps. Heat at 100 °C for 30 min and cool immediately.

称取本品 45.0g,加热搅拌溶解于 1000ml 蒸馏水中,分装三角瓶每瓶 120ml或分装试管 ,每管 9ml,100℃水浴加热 30 分钟 , 迅速在流动的冷水中冷却,无需高压灭菌。
